  Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Carefully pack the jewelry in its original Bhavya Ramesh box and protective padding to ensure it reaches us safely without damage.

  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
